The Elks League that bowls at Spins (Kent) on Thursdays, often can provide a highlight reel every week.

This week was no different as Scot Enlow rolled a perfect 300 game on his way to a 706 series.

Enlow topped the league for high game, but finished with the third-high series behind Kevin Kommel 278-742 and Chris Myers 277-708.

It was another family affair as the women’s high games and series included Karla Kommel, rolling a 233-519. But it was Zoe Bevilacqua earning high game and series, 266-629 and Laura Elwood, second-high series, 211-530.

ANOTHER 300

James Mehallic tossed a 724 series with a 300 perfect game in the Roofing Guy League at Spins Bowl.

Mehallic topped Dexter Worthy 260-718 and David Rogers 259-697.

Ashlee Cottrell bowled the best among the women, a 207 high game and a 586 series.

STEBNER’S 750 SERIES

Kelly Stebner led all bowlers in the Ravenna Discount Ladies League at Spins Bowl. Stebner rolled an outstanding 288 and finished three games with a 750 total series.

Stebner took over the league’s high series and high game for the season, besting Dana Wilson who had rolled a 246-628.

GARDEN SPOT LEAGUE AT SPINS

The men in the Garden Spot/JBL Roofing League found a 700 series the norm, with eight achieving the mark led by Bob Smolko 770, Shawn Bolyard 753, Mark Ruediger 746, Bradley Stevens 737 and John Brown 731. Ruediger and John Brown rolled the high gaes in the league, each tossing a 279.

Teri Plaso led the women, 258-642 and her daughter, Erin Jackson, grabbed the runner-up best game and series, 226-632.
