Welcome to High School Football Central!

Each Friday morning throughout the season, this will be the post that connects all the dots for you.

We will include scores from the previous week, schedules for tonight’s games, standings updates and more.

It will be a complimentary piece to the weekly high school football statistical leaders post that will also land on Friday mornings.

TODAY’S THEME: SAY THANK YOU

Two words that take only two seconds, but say it with sincerity.

Saying thank you should be a full-time thing and not a part-time thing.

Say thank you to your coaches after practices and games.

Say thank you to your teachers and administrators for coming to your games and creating a positive educational experience for you.

Say thank you to whoever took the time to drive you to and from practice.

Say thank you to the extra family members that came to watch you play. They could have been anywhere else, but they made time for you.

Two words that take only two seconds.

But when said the right way, hit the heart with power.
