Cloverleaf edged Norton last week in the Metro Athletic Conference boys tennis tournament.
The Colts totaled 39 points to the Panthers’ 37.
Woodridge was a close third (34 points), with Coventry (32), Field (31) and Ravenna (27) all competitively rounding out the team scores.
Cloverleaf also finished the regular season with a perfect 9-0 record to capture the outright MAC championship.
Norton was the overall league runner-up, finishing in second place in both the tourney and the regular season.

In the Suburban League, Highland turned its perfect 7-0 regular-season record into the team title at the American Conference championships.
The Hornets finished with 39 points at the tournament championship to best runner-up Revere, which finished with 33 points. Aurora was a close third with 32 points followed by Copley (24 points), Tallmadge (17), Barberton (14), Cuyahoga Falls (12) and Kent Roosevelt (9).
During the regular season, the Greenmen were runners-up with a 6-1 record and tied for second place overall for the season.
