Mogadore High School junior girls basketball standout Brook McIntyre reached the 1,000-point milestone on Wednesday during the Wildcats’ dominating 81-15 Division IV sectional semifinal victory over Lake Ridge Academy.

McIntyre totaled 26 points in the game to become the program’s 14th player in history to reach the scoring plateau.

McIntyre entered Wednesday’s postseason opener needing 14 points to reach 1,000.

She joins a historic list of Wildcat players that have reached four-digits, including:
