Cloverleaf remains in the lead in the Metro Athletic Conference’s All-Sports Trophy standings.

Following a tremendously strong fall season, which included four league championships (football, boys soccer, girls soccer and girls golf), the Colts maintained a balanced winter season and now sit in first place in the standings with 143 points.

Woodridge is currently in second place with 131 points and Norton in third with 117 points.

The All-Sports Trophy will be awarded to the school that totals the most points by the end of the spring season, with point totals assessed to each sport based on the placement in each of the sports’ final standings. The points reward a first-place finish with the most points and are tiered down, with a last-place finish with zero points.

Winter championships were earned by Ravenna boys basketball, Woodridge boys basketball, Streetsboro wrestling, Ravenna boys bowling and Cloverleaf girls bowling.

The spring season will allot points for baseball, softball, boys track and field, girls track and field and boys tennis.

The current standings sit as follows:

1. Cloverleaf, 143 points

 2. Woodridge, 131

 3. Norton, 117

 4. Streetsboro, 103

 5. Field, 73

T6. Ravenna, 72

T6. Springfield, 72

 8. Coventry, 67
