The Rockets feature the returning 106-pound Division II state champion in junior Jarreau “RoRo” Walker.
In two season’s the wrestling phenom has posted a sparkling 74-1 record, using strength, speed and a funky style to dominate opponents.
At the state championships last year, Walker had three major decisions and a tech fall, with the last of his major decisions coming in his 11-3 win over Jonathan Alder’s Race Watson in the championship final.
Junior Johnny Bollinger is a very solid returning letterman, as is Brayden Kittle, who also wrestles with a funky style.
Another sophomore, Everett McDole, will push into the lineup, while talented freshmen Colin Scalia and Jacob Bodovetz are prepared to make an immediate impact.

Senior Cam Rogowski is the anchor here, looking to close out a nice high-school career.
“Cam is a hard worker, a great wrestler and a team leader,” head coach Mark Skonieczny said.
Senior Jonathon Smith is also an impact wrestler, then a group of freshmen are challenging to get into the lineup.
The trio of Nolyn Dufala, Nick Maynard and Lucian Mazzacco have entered the room noticeably.
“Nolyn is a talented wrestler and Lucian is a bull of a freshman.”
(175-HEAVYWEIGHT)
The group is spotlighted by Avery Conroy, Ayden Knuebel and Jaxson Fedor.
Conroy is described by Skonieczny as a “talented freshman, who will do great things for Streetsboro wrestling.”
Conroy was an OAC state-placer last year.
Knuebel is a multi-sport athlete, who is “embracing the grind.”
“We have a blend of upperclassmen, with a very talented freshmen class that has experience. The team is hard working and tough.”
“The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.”
