Streetsboro wins 2024-25 Metro Athletic Conference All-Sports Trophy

The Streetsboro Rockets were the winners of the Metro Athletic Conference’s 2025 All-Sports Trophy.

Streetsboro athletic director Randy Tevepaugh and Superintendent Cynthia Deevers hold the 2024-25 Metro Athletic Conference All-Sports Trophy.

Through the process of a point system for each season, the Rockets totaled 178 points overall to best runner-up Norton’s 169 points.

To get to their trophy-winning point total, the Rockets collected 82 points in the fall, 54 points in the winter and 42 points in the spring.

Sports accounted for included football, boys cross country, girls cross country, boys soccer, girls soccer, boys golf, girls golf, volleyball and girls tennis for the fall season; boys basketball, girls basketball, boys bowling, girls bowling and wrestling for the winter season; and baseball, softball, boys track and field, girls track and field and boys tennis for the spring season.

Leading Streetsboro’s push to the top of the overall standings were league championships for football, girls soccer, boys basketball and girls basketball.
