It was the closest match of the season so far as the Southeast Pirates beat the Alliance Aviators by 12 pins on Monday.

Competing at Spins Bowl in Kent, Southeast was getting beat by Alliance at the end of the regular games.

Down by 49 pins going into the Baker games, Southeast dug in to roll a 159-119-143 for 421 series to the Aviators 360 Baker games to win the match.

The best on the lanes for Southeast was Ally Smith, who rolled a high game of 174 on her way to a 311 high series. Rebekah Wood added a 177 game (299 series) to the Pirates’ victory.

Southeast improves to 3-1 overall with the notch in the win column.
