Field High School hosted the Metro Athletic Conference Cheer Competition last weekend.
Competing teams in the high-school division included Coventry, Cloverleaf, Field, Norton, Springfield, Streetsboro and Woodridge.
At the middle-school level, competing teams included Coventry, Field, Norton, Springfield, Streetsboro and Woodridge.
In the high-school competition, the Woodridge Bulldogs were crowned champions, which Springfield earning the runners-up spot and Field finished third.
In the middle-school competition, it was again Woodridge earning the top spot on the podium. Springfield placed second and the Norton Panthers earned a third-place finish.
The event also included a jump off, tumble off and a dad jump off, with Streetsboro Middle School seventh-grader Bria Robinson won the middle-school jump off, while Streetsboro’s Autumn Benci placed second in the tumble off.
