Carson Schueller set a new two-game record for the Ravens as he rolled games of 279 and 263 for a 542 series. Schueller tossed 11 strikes in a row to start his 279 game, just missing the 300 perfect game.

The Ravens topped Streetsboro at Spins Bowl in Kent for a Metro Athletic Conference victory.

Streetsboro’s best was tossed by Connor Stevens, a 476 series.

SUBURBAN LEAGUE PRESEASON TOURNAMENT

(At Roseland Lanes, Oakwood)

Kent Roosevelt varsity bowling teams competed in the first event of the season for the Suburban League, the preseason tournament at Roseland Lanes in Oakwood.

The boys finished 11th out of 14 teams with Brayden Darkow in 10th place for individual series, a 630.

The Kent Roosevelt girls were near the top of the leaderboard, in fifth of 13 teams. Jillian Eden rolled a 497 series, good for 13th in the individual standings.
