The Streetsboro Rockets had a successful sectional, sending two individuals to districts after the final frame was bowled at Roseland Lanes in Oakwood.

Both Connor Stevens and Kendall Clark (448) earned qualifying spots among the top-four individuals not on qualifying teams and will bowl in the Division I District at Rebman Lanes on Monday.

Kent Roosevelt girls just missed the cut of the top-four teams advancing, taking fifth place in the sectional behind the solid scoring of Maisy Montgomery (419 series) and Ryleigh Balan (416 series).

Best on the lanes for the Roosevelt boys was Aidan Broyles (574 series).
