Amanda Kiss, Portage County USBC Association Manager, shared a look at the organization’s upcoming tournaments.

On April 7, beginning at 1 p.m., Kent Lanes will host the annual Senior Memorial Tournament.

April 13 will find the start of the Portage County USBC Open starting at 10 a.m.

Then, the youth will gather on April 27 at 9 a.m. at Sky Lanes.

Entry forms are available this week at area lanes and also are available on the event pages for the Portage County USBC.

300 GAMES

Shawn Bolyard added a 300 game to his resume. Bowling in the Garden Spot League, Bolyard rolled the perfect game on his way to a 763 series that tied Robby Roberts.

Erin Jackson bowled the high game and series in the league, a 287-698.

Fred Endres rolled another 300 game in the White’s Senior Doubles League. Endres added three games for a 759.

Tabitha Schlupe led the women in the league, rolling a 249-651.

FLACHBART BEST OF THE YOUTH

Carter Flachbart was the best in the youth leagues at Spins Bowl.

Flachbart rolled a 279 game and a 596 series.
