ELWOOD’S BEST

On Oct. 7, Ron Elwood bowled in the Perfect Fit Trio at Spins Bowl.

He fired games of 259, 278 and 279 for an outstanding 811 series.

HIGH SCHOOL MATCH PLAY PERFECTION

Justin Miller, competing in the High School Match Play League, tossed a 300 game on his way to an outstanding 645 series. The series earns Miller the high game for the season.

Joy Justice rolled a 235-592, with the 235 also the high game for the week, as well as the season.

Miller, a bowler for the Rootstown Rovers, earned the championship in the State Singles Championship in 2023-24 as a junior.

Now a senior for the Rovers this winter, it looks like Miller is continuing his outstanding bowling this summer and fall prior to the start of the high school bowling season.
