THE HISTORY

The Ravenna Rams were founded in the early 1960’s by local football legend Bill Thompson, who made a dedicated effort to make the youth football organization feel bigger than life. And he succeeded on all facets. Quality equipment, top of the line uniforms, chartered buses for road games. The Rams were the talk of the town and consistently quality coaching staffs helped teach Ravenna youngsters the fundamentals of the game that set the stage for success at the high-school level.

The orange and brown colors were influenced by the Cleveland Browns, which Bill Thompson worked for as a uniform manager.

THE SHIRT
