The 2001 Crestwood High School softball team were champions of the Portage County League.

The team finished with a 26-3 overall record and were 13-1 in the PCL.

The team included Kelly Bukas, Michelle Penney, Stephanie Moore, Lindsey Harper, Amy Iamarrino, Sherry Murdock, Amber Murdock, Kaitlyn Guyette, Brittany Vanderink, Danielle Robine, Leanne VanAuken and Amanda Galloway.

LeRoy Moore was the head coach, along with assistants Mark Penney and Brian Goodchild.
