The Mogadore High School girls cross country team won the Maroon Division at the 37th annual CVNP Invitational on Saturday.
The Wildcats finished with a team score of 41, besting runners-up Norwayne, which finished with 99 points.
Rootstown finished fourth overall (128 points), Ravenna was seventh (178) and Kent Roosevelt was 10th (193).
Mogadore received a second and third place finish, respectively, by Rachel Whetstone and Katie Lane.
Whetstone ran a 21:32.9 and Lane finished in a time of 21:44.9.
But it was a complete team effort for the Cats.
Mia Gaetjens was ninth in 23:26.8, Emma Quillen was 10th in 23:58.1 and Julia Tompkins was the fifth score, placing 17th overall in 24:45.9.
