Field High School and Field Youth Soccer proudly presented Delanie Simpkins and Ella Leonard with the 1st annual FHS/FYS Soccer Scholarship on Saturday morning at the high school’s Kenneth Lohr Stadium.

Simpkins and Leonard were selected from an application process and will each receive a $500 scholarship.

Simpkins is attending Mount St. Joseph University and will play soccer, while Leonard will attend Kent State University.

Both were selected by an unbiased committee from application standards that included academics, athletics and participation with Field Youth Soccer.
