Junior Brook McIntyre scored 27 points to highlight the Wildcats’ Portage Trail Conference victory on Wednesday in Warren.
McIntyre hit 11 field goals, including three 3-pointers, for her season-high total.
Amelia Morris joined McIntyre in double-digits, finishing with 10 points.
Jocelyn Lawrentz also scored 10 points and pulled down a team-high nine rebounds for Mogaodore.
ROOTSTOWN 49, ST. THOMAS AQUINAS 38
Abby White scored a season-high 15 points to go with Nadia Lough’s 18 points to lead the Rovers to a PTC victory over the Knights on Wednesday.
White hit for three 3s, as Rootstown improved to 8-1 overall and 3-0 in conference play.
Brooklynn McIntyre pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds for the Rovers.
Rootstown trailed 13-7 after the first quarter, but dominated the second quarter to regain control of the game.
The Rovers held the Knights to just two points in that second quarter and scored 17 of their own to grab a 24-15 halftime lead.
