SOUTHEAST 170, ROOTSTOWN 209

The Southeast Pirates completed their Portage Trail Conference season undefeated with a victory over the Rootstown Rovers 170 to 209.

On her Senior Night for the Pirates, Gracie Westover fired a 39 and teammate Taylor Blazek shot a 38 to lead the winners of the regular season to victory.

The Rovers’ best was fired by Ava Miller (49) and Chloe Gardner (51).

The two PTC competitors will meet again at the conference tournament.

KEYSTONE 161, ROOTSTOWN 169, WATERLOO 170, RAVENNA 246

LUKE FLOWERS

The Rootstown Rovers fired their low round of the season (169) to beat Waterloo (170) and Ravenna (246) at Windmill Lakes Golf Club in Ravenna. Only visiting Keystone (161) topped the Rovers.

Rootstown was led by Luke Flowers (36) and Austin Biggin (42). Waterloo’s Jackson Eichler carded a 38 and Trevor Simons added a 41.

Jason Tanner was low for the host Ravens (48).
