The Southeast Pirates lost their first match by only three strokes at Henry Stambaugh Golf Course in Youngstown to Ursuline on Wednesday.

Ursuline fired a 186 as Gia Schiavone and Lily Ditz each carded 42 strokes.

The Pirates were led by Skylar Werschey, also earning medalist honors with the two Ursuline low scores, owning a 6-over-par 42.

Southeast is set to play in the Lady Spartan Invitational, hosted by Akron Springfield at Chenoweth Golf Course in Akron, on Monday.
