The Rough Riders also had seven girls district qualifiers and 11 boys district qualifiers, along with seven total state qualifiers (2 girls and 5 boys).
The boys 200 Medley Relay finished ninth in the state and broke Kent Roosevelt’s school record.

Season Expectations: “We are excited to get back to swimming fast again,” said Spicer. “Our young roster has a strong group of senior leaders to learn from and build on from their successes last year.
“I know both teams want to push to be back-to-back dual champions for the Suburban League again,” Spicer added. “This is an exciting time for our swimming program and we hope to keep that going. We currently have one diver who has committed to dive next year at Marshall University (Ella Houk).”
